Rice Family is a fun and engaging digital platform that lets users explore rice-based dishes through an interactive brand experience.

People often struggle with deciding what to eat, especially when looking for meal ideas based on a specific ingredient. I wanted to create a fun and engaging way to explore rice-based dishes, turning the decision-making process into an interactive experience. Instead of a standard recipe website, I designed Rice Family, an interactive platform that lets users click on ingredients to see how they can combine with rice to create different dishes.

I was responsible for the entire design process, including illustration, user interaction, and interface design. Using hand-drawn digital illustrations, I created a playful and friendly visual style that makes the platform approachable and easy to use. I designed and built the interaction using JavaScript, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.

The final outcome is a visually appealing and interactive food experience that encourages users to explore recipes in an intuitive way. By combining brand design with interactive storytelling, this project transformed a simple recipe guide into an engaging and memorable brand experience, making cooking decisions more fun and dynamic.
